Description
The course is intended for engineers and programmers involved in the automation of large-scale production processes using the PCS 7 system.
It is recommended that participants take this course only after completing the courses "Fundamentals of SIMATIC S7 Controller Programming" and "Design of Visualization and Control Subsystems Using the WinCC Package".
Practical reinforcement of skills is carried out through exercises performed on workstations equipped with a computer, a SIMATIC S7-400 controller, and ET 200.
Course duration: 5 days.
1. Design features and structure of automation systems based on PCS 7.
2. Project structure in PCS 7, hardware configuration, technological representation of project components.
3. Programming in the CFC and SFC environments.
4. Overview of existing block libraries, visualization of process blocks.
5. Developing custom blocks and libraries in PCS 7, programming features, working in the SCL environment.
6. Creating block-dependent messages, automatic generation of WinCC process variables.
7. Automatic screen splitting into areas, generalized alarm indicators, image hierarchy.
8. User objects and image templates.
